3 - Email 'Someone wants to get the password'

I clicked forget password link with my email address, and then I received this message in my email Inbox.

Someone wants to get the password of account myemail@gmail.com in our system but this account (email) is not existing.
If it is you then please go to our website to sign up an account for free.

What is the problem?

Due to our policy: the user account with email myemail@gmail.com has not used the service for a long time, for example, six months. So that we delete it in maintenance schedulers, and you must create a new one.
