This article helps you to make the parental control app always work. Sometimes you see a warning message like this:
"1 Viruses Found! Please Remove Them Immediately."
"This virus is a Trojan. It can cause devices to be accessed by remote applications without authorization."
with 2 buttons like this:
"Ignore For Now"
"Uninstall All"
So you need to turn off (disable) the Google Play Protect if you still want the parental control app.

Google has added a security system for apps that are not downloaded from Google Play called "Play Protect". It is possible that the parental control application is detected as potentially dangerous.
To prevent the app from being uninstalled, you must disable Google Play Protect and notifications related to Google Play Protect.
1. Disable Google Play Protect
Open the "Play Store" application => Tap on the Menu button => Select "Play Protect" => Select "Settings icon" => Disable "Scan device for security threats".
2. Disable notifications related to Google Play Protect.
- On Android >= 8
Settings => Apps => Google Play Store => Notifications => High priority => Turn OFF
- On Android <= 7
Settings => Notifications => Google Play Store => Block all
