Governing Law

1. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be interpreted following the English courts. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions.
2.  Those who access the website from locations outside of the United Kingdom are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent that local laws are applicable;
3.  Users out of UK jurisdictions shall consult their local attorney before installing the Software. The company is not responsible for any illegal use of the Software by a user out of UK jurisdiction. Users out of UK jurisdiction may install and use the Software at their own risk and responsibility.
4.  None of the terms hereof shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any third party.
5. (Updated Jan 2021) we do not support these countries/territories due to Google Maps Prohibited territories. If you already make a purchase, please ask for a refund, and then we will refund you within 48 hours.
