Essential Settings for Oppo Android 8.x Guide

These Settings must be configured appropriately to keep the application (client version) working.

1. Settings > Battery> Energy saver > System Service > Background Freeze, Abnormal apps optimization, Doze 
   Set to “OFF”

     

2. Settings > Battery > Power saving 
   Set to “OFF”

    

3. Settings > App Management > System Service > App info > Allow auto startup 
   Set to “ON”

     

Other Settings

You don't need to change these Settings by default. But they will affect the application functions if changed by the user.

1. Settings > Dual SIM & Cellular > Apps using Wi-Fi and Mobile Data > System Service > Wi-Fi & Mobile data. 
   Set to “ON”

     

2. Settings > Dual SIM & Cellular (or SIM Card & Mobile) > Data Saving 
   Set to “OFF”

     

3. Settings > Security > Permissions > Advanced Permissions > Read app notifications > System Service > Allow 
   Set to “ON”

     

4. Location information > Apps that use GPS in the background > System Service 
   Set to “ON”

    

5. Settings > Security > Permissions > App > System Service > All Permissions & Set individual permission > Allow 
   Set to “ON”
