Essential Settings for OPPO Android 5.x Guide

These settings must be configured appropriately to keep the application (client app) working.

Battery Setting

1. Security Center > Energy saving > Energy saving > Normal power saving, Super Power saving, Automatically activated when the battery is low (1,2,3)
   Set to “OFF”
   
   
2. Security Center > Energy saving > Energy saving > Power consumption details > Battery manager > 3-Dot menu icon > Battery saver (1,2,3)
   Set to “OFF”
   
   

Background App Setting

1. Security Center > Memory cleanup > Clean whitelist > Whitelist apps > Add to whitelist > System Service (1,2,3)
   Set to “ON”
   
   
2. Security Center > Privacy permissions > Auto-run management > System  Service (1,2,3)
   Set to “ON”
   
   

Other Settings

You don't need to change these settings by default. But they will affect the application functions if changed by the user.

Data Usage

1. Security Center > Data monitor > Data usage statistics > Allow background data (1,2,3)
   Set to “ON”
   
   
2. Security Center > Data monitor > Internet connection control > Installed apps > Wi-Fi & Mobile data > System Service (1,2,3)
   Set to “ON”
   
   

App Settings

• Security Center > Privacy permissions > App permission management > Manage by app > System Service (1,2,3)
  Allow All Default Permissions
