When I try to log in at the cPanel, I see an error message "Your account has been suspended." What is it, and how do I resolve this issue?
I am your old customer - maybe 2 years already. But today, I log in again and see the error message "Invalid username or password." I am sure I do not change the password. Why?

It looks like your account has been deleted because of inactivation (it expired more than 30 days). If you can register again at the user control panel, I can offer you some days for free.

You can register a new account at the control panel site or at the target device when you have a chance to keep it in your hand.
