2 - I opened a dispute, when will I receive back my money?

We considered that you had opened a dispute with your payment, so we decided to block your account.

Please remember that when you have issues with our product, request the support team before opening a dispute for your payment transaction. If it is necessary to refund, we will issue a refund, and your money will arrive at your bank within 1 or 2 days. On the other hand, if you open the dispute, the funds will be held within 14 days or even 21 days.
