Description:

Many end-users complained that the function of ambient voice recording does not work correctly. That means it works for some hours, but suddenly it stops working.
We opened a survey, and the result is that 95% of people like this feature very much, but 59% meet this bug. It does not work smoothly.

We opened an investigation on this issue and considered that we have a problem with the license key of our 3rd party company, which takes care of this feature for storing the media file (file of recording).

How to fix

You don't need to do anything. Just wait until around 25th June 2020; we will upgrade to the new version of CPanel. If you need more days for free, please request us (Login at CPanel and then post a ticket).

Since 2020, our third-party company - wowza.com, which supports the ambient voice record feature - improves its quality. We must develop this feature with a new method for more security and improved performance.

Furthermore, it has not supported the Flash plugin since 2020. Here is the information you can refer to:

So if you want to hear ambient records in real-time, you should install a new APK version.

You are using the old version of the application. But please don't worry; you can hear with your downloaded file after you finish the recording.
