10 minutes ago, I could not log in to the cPanel. Why?

There are some reasons you could not log in to the user control panel site (cPanel).
Case #1: monthly maintenance period
Reason:
You could not log in to the user control panel (cPanel) because we did monthly maintenance.
Please don't worry. All are OK now, and then you can log in. Usually, our servers are up time 99.9%.

Case #2: fix the feature of the ambient voice recording
Reason:
In some cases, we need to temporarily reboot the servers to fix the ambient voice recording feature. It takes 3 to 5 minutes, so you cannot log in at the cPanel.
We are sorry for that inconvenience and hope the feature works well without rebooting like that anymore.

Case #3: the account was removed accidentally
Reason:
Some users had removed their accounts accidentally or the target users removed the account or application from the target devices. This also makes you are not able to log in anymore.
Solution: In some cases, the app also was uninstalled from the target device. You should reinstall it, and add the device to your account (no need to register at the cPanel website).
Case #4: your account status was marked to 'deleted' or 'suspended'
Reason:
Your account has been deleted because of inactivation (it expired more than 30 days). If you can register again at the user control panel, I can offer you some days for free.

You can register a new account at the control panel site or the target device when you can keep it in your hand.
Solution: send us an email about this case because we need to analyze why your account was marked like that. Maybe the AI algorithms detected that your data is sensitive so we must suspend your account, or maybe your billing transaction has some issues so we must decline your account due to avoid the risk.
